Stephen ParkerLicensed Psychologist Stephen is a graduate of the University of Florida and provides diagnostic psychological evaluations for the Institute. Patricia DonoghueLicensed Psychologist Dr. Donoghue is licensed to practice psychology in Pennsylvania and New York and has specialized in work with children for more than a decade. Steven KossorFounder & Executive Director of the Institute for Behavior Change Masters degree in clinical psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University (NJ) in 1977. Licensed Psychologist in 1981. Certified School Psychologist in 1984. For more than thirty years, Steve has specialized in helping children with developmental difficulties, including autism, and is recognized widely as an expert diagnostician and behavioral treatment specialist with extensive experience in the Medicaid EPSDT - BHRS system who has testified several times as an expert witness in Federal court on these subjects.
